Summary: Responsible for overseeing LPI staff including scheduling, accuracy, of work, preparing reports, equipment downloads. This position generally requires you to work an overnight shift.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Follow Standard Parking and airport procedures i.e. reporting issues to airport operations, disciplining employees, etc.
  • Accuracy of the vehicle inventory within the structure and outside lots
  • Provide assistance to customers as needed
  • Responsible for ensuring that LPI agents are compliant and following proper procedures such as dress code, car counts, care of units. Also monitors performance of all employees and provides feedback and coaching as indicated.
  • May audit LPI agent data entry for accuracy

Education/Experience:
High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of experience and education preferable
2-3 years previous supervisory experience
Valid Colorado driver’s license
Strong supervisory skills and the ability to direct/manage a team with little or no management on site

Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret simple instructions, memos and other correspondence in English. Ability to write simple correspondence. Other abilities as needed by the location.

Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in units of measure, including but not limited to, whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but standard written or oral instructions. Ability to effectively respond to customer problems or complaints.

This job is outdoors and can be in harsh weather conditions. May include a lot walking
