Out in the Country in Hollister Calif.

Pros: aerospace job, friendly staff
Cons: laid off due to budget cuts
The upper Management is something to be desire. The Supervisor's know more then the Management department in some areas. Since I enjoy working in the Aerospace industry, I did what it took to get things done, properly per. requirements.

management is out for their bonuses and don't want input from peons

Pros: 4 day work week
Cons: disorganized, short sighted, it's all about the numbers
at PSEMC it is all about hitting the monthly number regardless of what corners you have to cut to get there so management can get their bonuses.
