I was working at the Galveston plant as QA Assistant and it was the most hostile environment I've ever encountered. They put me on a salary but work 80 hours per week. My advice is to agree to hourly pay so you can get overtime.

Good comoany to work for but I would overlap shifts so you dont burn your workers out plus no O/T or little also invest in things so the production can work right and efficiant ...Go through a temp so you can weed the bad and get a strong team so a few dont carry the crew.
give more to the ppl who are the backbone to the company than always giving to the office sales.

I would assume so, because I was told the Quality Assurance position only paid $10 per hour and insurance was not paid in any part by the company other than you can buy it from them in their group. Sounds to me like they are just going through the motions to apply for immigrant workers, so yes.
