Pros: good people to work for and with.
Cons: once you adjust to the smell of seafood, you're ok. get's a little cool in the freezerr.
Management will find a spot in the company where you fit in so that you are happy and the company makes a profit. don't work to fast they will put you in a job where speed is not so important.
