Pros: meeting new people, never bored, challenging
A typical day at work required opening tasks, follow up on emails and in-house communication, cleaning, sales goals and team motivation to thrive sales during the day.
I learned to be very organized, detail oriented, team leader, build a strong character, responsibility and accountability for daily and log-run results.
Management directives came from HQ and our DM stayed on top of his game to follow instructions.
The hardest part of my job was to keep a team motivated, drive sales and be organized in a store where traffic was nonstop. The most fun part was to have the opportunity to meet a lot of people and see them leave happy with their shopping experience.
