We are not a retail branch. I close on average 5 loans a day and we have about 6 other closers who do the same.
In the closing position, we review all loans once clear to close to insure the accuracy of the file. ( title, HOI ECT) we draw our Docs in Doc magic and email them to title company working on this file.
I review the HUD to insure all fees are correct and dispersed correctly. Once the HUD is approved, I order the wire and review the closing Documents to insure closing was done correctly.
