I had to call almost everyday to have them check out my application and set up an interview because they weren't making any progress with it unless you are proactive about it.

Normally 2-3 days, depending on who is scheduled and able to do the interview and if we have enough coverage on the floor to step back and do the interview

Basically, the store will only call you back if they are hiring for seasonal positions. It also helps if you know someone in the store, and if not go in and talk to the Store Manager about your application. DO NOT CALL, it is way more effective to talk in person.

Probably haven't even seen your application if you did not go in person, so I would suggest going into the store so they can actually meet you. Also depends on the time of the year, retail typically only hires 1-3 times a year around summer, back to school, and holiday and that is just seasonal.

If they're hiring, it should take them no longer than two weeks. Make sure to call in even if you do not recieve a phone call.

Most likely they will only call you back if you got accepted, kind of how Abercrombie works too.
