I usually have to balance multiple work station in the kitchen. I do enjoy the fact that i am constantly busy. I wouldn't say this is a hard job but you do have to like what you do and put your all into it to ensure the customers happiness. I make sure everything that comes out of the kitchen has a great taste and presentation. i have learned a lot from my years with Paladar but i am now interested in moving in a different direction.
