The customers and clients are always angry! It is a very sad environment where everyone is always complaining about their job and how much stress is being put on them. Management is really unorganized and orders are being sent to the wrong location. They also seem to be in a bad mood 80% of the time. A major part of this reason is that there is a big lack of good training in each department and not enough workers to take on the loads of calls and work. Plus everyone is so focused on gossip and blaming eachother, rather than figuring out where the lack of communication is. Micro-managing is a major problem here, as well.
