Job Description Palni is adding an experienced PLM Developer to join our growing team for a new CAD Product. The main role of this position is to support, develop, configure, and integrate our CAD/PLM supporting software implementation and its interfaces to Client’s environments and numerous application systems. Essential duties include Understanding designer’s requirements, solution design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and support. The Developer will work with a diverse team to define and deliver solutions.
Required Skills and Experience * Strong PLM (Dassault Systems Enovia or similar) knowledge and experience integrating with industry leading CAD systems

  • CAD Developer with 7-9 years of functional and development experience working with CATIA, ENOVIA LCA and VPMNav
  • Should have excellent hands on experience and comfort working with CAA, CAT Script, .NET and C++.
  • Experience working with global organizations is a plus
  • Should have knowledge on Drawings preparation as per Standards
  • Preparation of documentation for ENOVIA Release process
  • BoM Creation
  • 3D models preparation as per technical requirements
  • Documentation
  • Should have good communication and professionals skills

  • Clearly conveys information and ideas
  • Ability to work with multiple team members and project work streams at one time
  • A strong understanding of Mechanical design and Product lifecycles management
  • Proven ability to design, develop, test, and debug software and ensure quality

  • Excellent verbal and written communication with an attention to detail
  • Effective at working independently with little or no supervision or as a part of a team as a contributor or team lead
  • Excellent ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time
  • Ability to learn and apply new technologies/tools quickly

Educational Qualification * Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Production or Automobile Engineering

  • Post-Graduation in CAD/CAM/CAE is a Plus
