Great company but some poor management

Palo Alto provides the best business planning software in the industry, and they have some bright minds working for them. But the Customer Service team seemed disconnected from the rest of the company.
Wages were comparable for the industry, but not competitive to the value the team brought to the entire company.
Customer service manager very set in their ways and does not like to be questioned at all.
Flexible schedules, open and well lit work environment
Can't question management
