From day to day I would come to work stock and face aisles.
Would be called up front from time to time to assist customers with large purchases.
Water plants outside and in greenhouse.
Took out the store's trash.
Vacuumed break room and offices.

I would go to the Indenpendant pharmacies that Pamida was purchasing and make sure that all the equipment was installed properly, did testing on the system and the printers, made sure all employees knew how to log into the system. I would then stay for about 2-3 days to also train the employees on computer system, inventory, commercial charges, returning – more...  outdated drugs. I worked by myself on this job but had lots of communication with the corporate office. – less

good place overall, good hours, flexible work scedule. start in the mornings or afternoon, everyone there is more than helpful if you need assisstance

This is a good starter position, daily routine included customer service and general retail experience and customer service.

learned many new things working for pamida. enjoyed trying to help ppl find items or order the items if we didnt have.

Normal day was of stocking selves, cashier, planagramming and working greenhouse

a good job comfrimed 2 to 3 days of work a week it pushed you to think outside the box to make things that seem impossible possible you lead small team from time to time

i thought it was a great company to work for. it was a very customer oriented company. i would of still been there if the company would of stayed open.
