Panache Lingerie, an established, upscale UK intimate apparel company selling foundations and bra-sized swimwear with US office in New York City is seeking an NYC based Sales Representative for current specialty store account management and new business development for the East Coast and Great Lakes area.
Candidate must be a motivated, sales and product-oriented individual who is capable of working independently and building strong lasting relationships with a diverse wholesale account base as well as be willing and able to merchandise department stores on an as needed basis.
Must have a professional appearance, love working with clients while selling and promoting the benefits of a great product. Must be goal oriented with a proven sales track record and have excellent time management and organization skills to balance the demands of the position. Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
You will be expected to travel regularly within a large territory in order to visit existing stores and call on potential new accounts as well as attend seasonal tradeshows in New York, Miami and Las Vegas to present new fashion and basic collections.
Experience in intimate apparel sales and bra fitting is preferred but will consider all strong candidates who are willing to learn how to bra fit.
This position reports to the Specialty Sales Manager.
-Minimum 2 years wholesale experience
-Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,Outlook)
-AS400, SAP or similar system experience - must be comfortable learning new operating systems.
-Valid Driver’s License
-Positive, team-player personality a must.
