Currently, we are searching for an Administrative Assistant for Morgantown, WV. This position will be responsible for:
- Purchase Orders
- DOT Reporting
- Customer Service
- Inventory Management
- Dispatch and Operational Support
- High School diploma required; College degree preferred.
- Minimum three years full-time work experience.
- Experience in oil & gas industry strongly preferred.
*Must have experience supervising work of admin team.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Word and Outlook
- Knowledge of financial software preferred (e.g., MAS, SAP, JD Edwards).
- Must be organized and able to work in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
