Management has no clue what they are doing. Turnover is almost laughable. Supervisors take credit for ideas that weren't theirs. They are also the first to throw the employees under the bus if upper management questions unacceptable results. The training is non-existent. Quotas are established by supervisors that don't have a clue about the job. Established company policies are not enforced by management when it comes to certain employees, causing issues.
