Typical day at work- answer emails, phone calls, and maintain constant knowledge on what is going on with the expedites. Make sure everyone is happy with the service and informed on any issues if and when they occur. Great people to work with, even though some of the management needs to learn more about it. College degrees get you so far, knowledge on the job gets you further. The hardest part of the job was learning the new accounts as they came in but like everything else it takes learning them to know it. Once done it was very easy.
