Over my three years of employment we went through three two general managers and three assistant managers. This company doesn't show its value to its employee. Many good workers were lost due to a strict "No Tolerance" policy. This policy, because of its Zero tolerance, all management needed was a rumor of an employee breaking policy, in order to terminate them. I myself was told, during pregnancy, "if i couldn't do the work and stand for 9hrs straight then i should go home and not work". Another elderly employee accidentally urinated on herself and was written up for breaking uniform policy when she had to change her clothes.
