A typical day at work usually consists of waiting for the boss to come in before doing any work. Once he comes into the office, everyone asks him what needs to be done, and the work is distributed in a random fashion such as taking a job out of a hat and doing it. Most of the time, the work is either done quickly or it is a very mundane project. Management is rather poor, and there is a major lack in general organization in the overall system. My coworkers generally did not invite me into their circles, neither did I feel welcome on the job. The most challenging part of the job was the feeling of being disliked by everyone. The best part of my workday was when I finally got to leave at the end of the day.
