On a typical day, I would arrive to work make sure whichever station I was working that day was stocked and clean. If anything was missing I would restock and if it needed cleaning I would clean. If it was not a busy day I would keep myself occupied by cleaning utensils, sweeping, wiping down counters, or bus tables. I learned to work in a team oriented environment, learned that communication is key. I also had a lot of time at the cash register and was able to answer the phone and take orders, and handle money. Management was great, I feel they should have been more strict. The hardest part of the job was maintaining a good work flow when the store was busy. As soon as we all were on the same page it was an easy day at work. The most enjoyable part was able to assist people and keeping them happy.
