This is why our team enjoys a five day, 45-50 hour work week and two weeks paid vacation their first year! Managers stay with us an average of six years. All of our regional managers have been with Paradise more than ten years!
At Paradise, we nurture your entrepreneurial spirit! The majority of operating decisions are made by you, the store manager, at the store level. Store managers enjoy full profit and loss responsibility, and many of our managers aspire to own their own businesses.
