Administrative Assistant / Guest Relations Specialist

Paradise Retreats is the leading luxury vacation rental management company in Santa Barbara. We manage over 60 luxury homes in Santa Barbara, Montecito, and the Santa Ynez Valley.

Our dynamic company is seeking a qualified candidate to perform Administrative Assistant duties, and also Guest Relations duties.

Job duties include:

-Assist Guest Relations Manager with Administrative duties
-Receptionist
-Responding to guest inquiries by phone & e-mail
-Open and manage incoming mail
-Entering reservations
-Guest follow-up
-Reservation cancellations
