A great opportunity in an excellent retirement community looking for a FT Line Cook with a minimum of 3 years kitchen experience. Duties and responsibilities includes: Daily preparation of food items in the pantry, fry and/or stations or other areas in the kitchen. Deliver exceptional customer service by preparing food items consistently and adhering to all recipe standards. Maintain a safe working environment by using proper food handling skills and food safety guidelines. Complete kitchen tasks such as line setup, food preparation, cleanup and breakdown. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers and written communication skills. The ideal line cook is motivated, goal oriented and committed to providing outstanding customer service. Works closely with Chef, Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager.
