On a typical day of work I would come in and start prepping our dining area making sure things are clean and up to par before opening . Once opened guest would be seated and welcomed by the server in that area . After the drink order was taken and served to he table appetizers would be suggested as well as recommended entrees . Making sure the guest are happy with their meals and experience checking on them from time to time but not annoyingly often , the bill would be given and the payment would in return be collected and finalized . If the service that was provided met the guests needs and exceeded their expectations a Tip was left for keep . The hardest part of the job would probably be the late hours and the disorganization of things within the venue .
