Paragon Gymnastics Inc was founded, in 1993, to provide a venue for high level gymnastics in the Fredericksburg, Virginia area.
Paragon Gymnastics Inc. has looked for a permanent location through the years, finding one in 2005, in Central Park, on Carl D. Silver Parkway. To change with the modern state of the art facility, Paragon also underwent a – more... name change to Paragon Training Center. This name change allowed the company to continue focusing on high level gymnastics but also now vertical climbing, tumbling, karate, dance as well as other options.
As Paragon Training Center continues to offer a variety of options for active families and home schoolers they have a number of achievements that they continue to remain proud of. Paragon Training Center is proud to be the United States Home of the National Danish Performance Team, as well as having many past and current State and National Champions calling Paragon Training Center home.
