Pros: the hours were flexible, nobody breathing down your neck, but work had to be competed by the end of the day
Cons: early start and long drives.
i would arive at 9:30am and as i arrive at my desk there would be work in my in tray. After i have gone through the work that in have to do for the day i would then go to the kitchen make the tea and cofee's then return back to the office; set up the gallas machine and the computers; go into the factory to collect meterials such as paper to use on the – more... gallas machine. When i returned the other workers would arriv and we would all start working up until lunch. The most fun part of the job was 'layed back friday' were everyone came to work in casual clothing instead of suits. i found it rather good as even though we were working there was a layed back enviroment. – less
