Pros: fun work, entertainment, shows, laughs
Cons: limited opportunities.
I worked for PKD on a seasonal basis. The experience gave me confidence in managing entertainment, completing paperwork, documenting shows and many other variables. Colleagues of mine who sought career advancement at PKD were faced with a very conservative "boys' club" sort of management. They did not seem welcoming of women or any sort of minority.
