LPN Charge Nurse, Creve Coeur, MO - November 30, 2015
A typical day starts out with the CNAs looking at the schedule debating it for about 30 minutes before getting to work. Then they argue about how many people they have have to have on their assignment. If you do not have a strong personality and good management skills, they will try to run you. The hardest part is getting managers to be fair with everyone. The best part is it is not an exhausting place to work. You can do your shift and still have energy to enjoy your family unless you work doubles all the time.
