This company advertises itself as where it would like to be, but it is not there at the moment. It claims that it is a top 25 firm with all of the trimmings. It claims it has more jobs/clients than it really does. It claims it is transparent and asks you to have confidence in it. The reality is it is a company that merged twice within two years, the last merger was in 2011. Therefore, in revenue it might be top 25, however currently few in the public have heard of it. It recruits people from long distances (Texas, Arizona, etc) for jobs that do not exist.
Currently, staff are being assigned to jobs that are not within their skill set. Employees are being asked to leave because the company can no longer afford them. Existing employees are constantly unassigned. There is high employee turnover...which is noticeable in a small office. And, ultimately there is an unhappy workplace due to too many empty promises.
This company has potential. However, it needs better leaders who accept responsibility for their actions as well as care about the employees. When the company gets over itself and becomes more organized, it might start to go in the direction it intends.
