I thoroughly enjoyed my 17 years of employment at Park Nicollet Clinic. I loved working as a nurse practitioner in the OB/GYN department. I worked closely with physicians and other nurse practitioners in a team approach providing patients with quality healthcare. It was a very good clinic setting for treating patients.
Licensed Psychologist (Former Employee), Mental Health –
Pros: excellent work environment for good pay.
Cons: very intense work environment.
The department consists of a multi-disciplinary environment in treating patients. Management was good at keeping the department fulling staffed. Compensation was the best in the community. Colleagues were very supportive
