If someone is focused on solutions, there is always something to celebrate.The worst part of the job are those days when you give it everything you've got and people are still unsatisfied or disappinted. The most enjoyable part of the job is when a patient looks you right in the eye, gives you a firm handshake or hug and tells you that they'll never forget what you did for them. – less
