Parkbridge Lifestyle Communities Inc. (Parkbridge) is engaged in owning, operating and developing of land lease residential communities (Communities) and seasonal recreational resorts (Resorts). As of September 30, 2008, the Company’s portfolio included 75 Communities and Resorts with approximately 16,500 sites. The Company’s assets are – more... located in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario and Quebec. Its property portfolio consists of Communities and Resorts, including full-service marinas that generate rental and other property-related income through the leasing of sites to residents that are unrelated to Parkbridge. Residential homes include custom site built single-family homes and townhomes and factory built manufactured and modular homes (collectively referred to as Homes). Recreational dwellings include recreational vehicles, resort cottages and cabins (collectively referred to as Seasonal Resort Units). At September 30, 2008, it had 849 developed sites available for lease.
