Financial services company is seeking an experienced Registered Financial Advisor Assistant to provide support to Registered Representatives in the areas of administration, marketing and financial planning in our Strongsville office. The Registered Sales Assistant will work closely with our representatives and clients. This position requires FINRA Series 6 or 7 registration.
We are looking for a dedicated assistant to perform administrative and support functions including maintaining files, preparing correspondence, running reports, answering telephones, copying materials, faxing information, coordinating mass mailings, processing new business and incoming accounts, and most importantly, interacting directly with clients. The ability to do bookkeeping and bill payments through Quickbooks would be considered a plus.
