Great opportunities of creating a program for the Maintenance Program
Site Installation Customer Service Center Manager (Former Employee) – Springfield, VA – May 17, 2017
Stressful at times but very rewarding. Ability to create the Maintenance Program in this digital age was big learning curve. Created a Preventative Maintenance Plan for over 8,500 pieces of equipment and related materials.
Work on my own, create a Preventitive Maintenance Program.
Sr Billing Coordinator (Current Employee) – Charlotte, NC – April 30, 2017
Parsons is in need of new management in all areas. A decent company, but they loose focus on the employees. The company has too many layoffs, and over burden the remaining employees without providing appropriate compensation for the increased workload.
Sr. administrative Aide (Former Employee) – East Chicago, IN – April 20, 2017
Project Manager for this job only cares about her budget. She will tell you to take the initiative to figure it out then criticize you for not doing it her way. She is onsite one day a week to kiss the clients butt but doesn't care about her employees. This was a job not a career. She has no professionalism. Would yell at employees. You knew who her favorites were.
Survey Party Chief (Former Employee) – Aiken, SC – April 10, 2017
Planned well . Job was on a routine basis with production and safety advancing daily. Clean and safe work environment, when have these elements working together your stress level and confidence are in the good range.
Program Director (Former Employee) – Honolulu, HI – March 30, 2017
I liked Parsons when I was there. I just had to leave for personal reasons. I believe that the company is well structured and very well run. I liked the people and felt taken care of. I hope to go back to them someday, given the opportunity.
Manager (Former Employee) – Northern Virginia – March 24, 2017
Typical Government Contractor Lots of Organizational Changes Lots of Bureaucracy
Unique and unsettled environment due to internal chaos created as a result of acquisition of smaller Government contractor companies and lack of understanding that they cannot be run like a construction company.
Subcontracts Manager (Current Employee) – Washington, DC – March 21, 2017
