POSITION SUMMARY: The ideal candidate for this position will possess good judgment and have excellent problem solving skills with the ability to be flexible as job responsibilities are presented. Manage multiple assignments while being organized, detail oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. This position performs administrative support to various departments and has constant interaction with people. Maintain a positive, professional, pleasant attitude as you work with various levels of the organization. Excellent customer service, communication skills and computer knowledge with a strong emphasis on MS applications a must.
This position holds strict standards in confidentiality and must possess strong professional office skills.
Minimum 1 year experience in an office environment required. Bachelor's degree and previous administrative assistant experience in a health related field is preferred but not required.
