Health Care Worker, Various - September 14, 2015
A typical day for care workers starts at half 7 however you turn up at half 7 you will probably get an 8 oclock break for "being late". This sort of thing runs throughout the day.You get semi human communication up to dcn level then any higher the management seem to become emotionless computers who have no idea how to look after staff. The staff turnover is so high because the company don't look after their staff and feel the need to sack many people for seemingly poor reasons. The hardest part of the job is to put up with the management, being attacked by people with learning disabilities is a lot easier than dealing with the managers. The most enjoyable part of the day is leaving at the end of shift.
