Software for anything from order entry to report generation from the 90's still. Multiple websites to go to with different employee identification names and passwords makes no sense in daily operation of a sales territory. Products are of good quality, but are very pricey compared to competitive companies and package sizing made no sense.
Some very nice products that are high quality and could be leaders in the industry at times. Poor training on the software and different websites etc made it difficult to acclimate to the company when it was crammed into one day. Follow up from my manager was poor and involved a lot of 'stories' (think, "one time...at band camp...") which made it difficult to pull out the facts from the fiction. Sometimes yes or no are really all that's required.
The most effective part of the software was the tracking part to let them corporate know exactly where you were and what you were doing every minute of the day.
