On a regular basis, I am usually in charge of maintaining the front area by answering any customer questions, phone calls, and handling all purchases. It is extremely important to be able to multi-task, because the Party City environment, depending on the day and season of the year, can be overwhelmingly busy. Management is always on top of their projects, and assist with any problems that arise in a timely fashion. Team members work close together, and help each other out with any jobs that are assigned. The hardest part of the job would definitely be the constant decline in hours, but the best part of the job is the people you meet, who are quick to brighten your day, from their appreciation of the service we provide. – less
