Customer service responsibilities; Answer customer questions regarding blades sent in to be refurbished. Correspondence mostly via email due to Domestic and International customers’ time difference. Entered all incoming purchase orders kept track of status of fan blades and once complete did all shipping of blades.
I learned about new systems/programs that I was not familar with. Status/repairs of fan blades and the different process. This job helped and gave me great knowledge for a stepping stone into Greenbrier.
Management did not see of respond to much with. communication was not the best.
Co-workers were great, I gained a lot of friendships.
The hardest part of my job was the lack of training on the job by management.
Most enjoyable part of my job was the people on the production line and good customers.
