Very stressful due to high demand but poor organizational ability to deliver business. Constant equipment and facility problems. Poor communication. Lack of transparency by management. Chaotic system. On the other hand, pay and benefits are decent. Management is trying to improve but it is an uphill battle. In the mean time, it is a very challenging, often demoralizing work environment.

My time working there was good it just didn't work out the way I wanted it too, it's a great work environment with great people to work around it felt like family there as in many other jobs do. I've learned a lot In The medical field and how to go about taking my time when handling products and making sure that things are done right the first time because there are people that need that medicine to live also to enhance their lives
Senior management is interested in justifying their position at the expense of all reporting to them. Supervisors do not appreciate those with experience while hiring young, inexperienced chemists as managers. There is no job security and any small reason can be blown out of proportion to get rid of you. Managers routinely write their direct reports up for minor infractions so that they will not receive a bonus.

Management will cuss you out in a minute, a bunch if suck ups at high levels never do wrong, you have ideas to make it better but others will take credit for the job, if you don't kiss up you aren't anything specifically I Florence SC
