Pathfinder Consultants LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business with the mission of providing management consulting and program support services to the public sector. We are currently providing support services as a contractor to the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Pathfinder was founded by two skilled and talented senior managers with over five decades of experience working with government organizations. Pathfinder has recruited a number of highly qualified individuals with strong complementary skills to play key roles in our company.
Program and Project Management – Pathfinder Consultants helps agencies gain control and effectively manage complex projects and programs. We provide technical assistance ranging from implementing repeatable management process to identifying and mitigating risk factors. Our staff supports capital planning, business case analysis, project controls, performance measurement, project repositories, and accountability for results.
Acquisition Management Support – Our team assists in procurement functions ranging from defining client requirements to analyzing contract deliverables. Pathfinder Consultants professionals prepare, review, and analyze technical requirements, performance work statements independent cost estimates, and technical and business proposals in support of Contract Officers and Program Officials. – less
