I have worked for the same doctors office for 5 going on 6 years. Pathgroup came into our office after major changes were made by the doctor. The territory manager has always been great, but the management department, I've found, has always been a huge problem. From favoritism to pettiness to the direct supervisors/managers not having ANY knowledge of how certain accounts function, including mine, has been a constant issue. Because of this lack of knowledge it has been impossible to have days off where coverage is sufficient.
There's no acknowledgement of good accomplishments. But you definitely will get a call about a mistake even if the mistake isn't yours.
A high point about Pathgroup is the compensation, benefits, and the helpfulness of the back office techs.
