We are looking for an assistant operations manager to run our business in the LA area. You will directly lead a team of cleaners. This includes:
- Hiring new housekeepers and managing the onboarding process
- Training new housekeepers on our cleaning operations
- Ensuring our customers are happy and issues are resolved timely and effectively
- Managing our cleaners to deliver quality services and resolve issues as they arise.

Applicants are required to have 3 to 5 years experience in a supervisory role managing cleaners.
