JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an assistant operations manager to run our business in the LA area. You will directly lead a team of cleaners. This includes:

  • Hiring new housekeepers and managing the onboarding process
  • Training new housekeepers on our cleaning operations
  • Ensuring our customers are happy and issues are resolved timely and effectively
  • Managing our cleaners to deliver quality services and resolve issues as they arise.

REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants are required to have 3 to 5 years experience in a supervisory role managing cleaners.
Work authorization and a clean background (We conduct background checks on all of our employees prior to start)
Fluent English
Your own transportation and a valid driver's license is a MUST
