Homejoy is hiring for ops to help manage and drive growth in the cities we service. As an associate you will get the opportunity to help us deliver world class quality home services to cities across the US. You will be responsible for the development and growth of all Homejoy cities across the nation. This is an intense job where you will learn how a successful start up operates and scales. This role is where creativity and analytics meet and we are looking for a strong operational thinker responsible for maintaining excellence and quality while growing revenue.

Managing cities nationwide
Communicating city specific problems to HQ department
Grow revenues
Strong leadership skills
Evidence of passion for operations and business development
Independent and a self-starter- you don’t have a problem getting your hands dirty

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment
Excellent communication skills
Analytical & research skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Logistics intelligence

Minimum of 2 years of operations management experience is a plus.
BA degree from top tier school.
Startup experience is a plus.
