Homejoy seeks a self starting assistant recruiter who can thrive in a very young startup atmosphere while conducting continuous phone screenings for a large quickly expanding cleaning company. Please read entire job description and attributes that we are looking for before emailing your resume.
1.Conduct phone screenings for cleaner candidates: Spending entire work days implementing various cold calling strategies and techniques, with the goal of accommodating growing hiring demands, scheduling interviews, using Homejoy's applicant tracking system to monitor and keep record of new hires
2.Coordinate hiring: Work with our recruiting manager to determine the desired number of hires
Working schedule: Recruiting Assistant will start out assisting two times a week and as recruiting skills progress they will transition into a full time position, working five days a week.
ATTRIBUTES WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
1.Call Center Experience: Please DO NOT apply unless you have experience working in a call-center, recruiting experience is a plus
2.Able to spend an elongated amount of time speaking on the phone in search of candidates that fit hiring requirements
3.Extremely confident and straightforward/ able to get right to the point/ no nonsense attitude
4.Incredibly detail oriented
5.Multi-tasker / task juggler
6.Able to communicate and work with our various departments and hiring managers
