Senior Group Leader, Enterprise, AL - August 25, 2014
Work days were at least 16 hours. You lived at the job site for 48 hours at a time and were then off for 48 hours. You lived with up too 9 delinquents you were responsible for. I learned a lot about our youth and poverty and children coming from homes with less opportunities. Co workers were good. The leadership seemed to not care about their employees so workers usually stuck together and grew relationships. Hardest part of the job was having no backing when trying to enforce rules to challenged minors. Most enjoyable part of the job was helping our youth.
