Great team of leaders who care about your ultimate success.
District Sales Manager (Former Employee), Moorestown, NJApril 29, 2013
This was a position where I worked remotely from home. There is ongoing training and a very supportive management team. Although, you are not in an office environment, you still feel like part of a team. I developed even greater organizational and time management skills that aided in overseeing an extremely broad territory. Overall, this was a great – more... company to be a part of. – less

Payroll Processor (Former Employee), Richardson, TXFebruary 5, 2013
Pros: casual attire
Cons: overtime not allowed when it was needed.
A typical day at work was to send friendly reminders to my clients that payroll was due by 1 p.m. Process payrolls and make changes to the clients specifications, add garnishments such as child support, 401K loans, etc., and research and resolve problems in a timely manner.

I learned how to change an irate client into a happy client. My customer service – more... is above and beyond excellent.

Management was helpful to a certain extent.

Most of my co-workers were excellent and helpful when needed.

The hardest part of the job was working with taxes.

The most enjoyable part of the job was making my clients happy. To make them laugh and tell me how much they enjoyed my personality and looked forward to talking to me because I always cheered them up was the best compliment's I ever received – less

Payroll Company
Assistant Branch Manager (Former Employee), Charlotte, NCMay 3, 2012
A pure joy to work with clients to handle all their payroll needs. I enjoy a challenge and you definitely were at this job. I learned a lot and contributed a lot to this company. However, there was no work/life balance, and the values were very lacking. It required extremely long hours and working almost every weekend. I am not against hard work and – more... I am extremely dedicated but it was absolutely excessive. I was employed with this company for almost 11 years and am very grateful for the opportunities I received, but there came a point in my life when my family had to come first.
Very good place to work for single, dedicated, hard working individuals. – less
