I like the business model of this company and I think they can be very successful. It is a very small company and the upper level management does not value the day to day workers that make the business function. There is also little to no upward mobility possible. They try to buy our happiness with ticket giveaways, suites at ball games, and lunch for the office while the day to day work life is not enjoyable, micromanaged.
