Call Agent (Former Employee), Los Angeles, CASeptember 10, 2012
Pros: friendly enviroment, good work hour, good hr manager.
Cons: not the best training, had to pay for parking out of own pocket daily, can be stressfull.
Make about 400 calls a day to make about 4 appts. daily.

Learned how to comunicate wiht people more.

Managment was good.

Co-workers were great always giving a hand and made one feel comfortable.

The hardest part was to acomplish in making 4 appoinment a day.

The most enjoyable part was everyone having a good time when we are having a good day in the office and making the appoinment that were asked for the day.
