Doctors are over-worked and stretched too thin
Most managers can't be trusted to have their staff's best interest at heart. Leads and supervisors are spread so thinly that many staff members complain about no one being available to help them when they are in need.
Shameful, lack of trust, staff unwilling to tell the truth for fear of reprisal, not even willing to complete satisfaction surveys that are done independently
