Leasing Consultant (Current Employee) – Binghamton, NY – January 2, 2015
This position is very flexible with my class schedule. It has provided me with hands-on customer service, marketing, social media, and professional work experience. Management is friendly and young, and provides great work insight as well as life counseling. A typical workday consists of logging packages, making calls to prospective leasers, creative marketing products and marketing on campus, posting to social media, giving tours to prospective leasers, completing pending leases, and engaging in staff meetings, brainstorming sessions, and activities. The hardest part of the job is competing with the local campus housing communities. The most enjoyable part is learning new skills and meeting new people on a regular basis.
